Flow Lime is a finely ground product line designed to optimise steel production processes. Its carefully calibrated grain size enables faster dissolution into slag, improving the overall efficiency of the production cycle.

Thanks to the use of specific fluidising agents and a finely tuned grain size distribution, Flow Lime offers exceptional flowability, facilitating direct injection into the slag. This provides a twofold benefit: enhanced operational performance and improved environmental safety through reduced dust generation.

The Lime System also produces Flow Lime 40% MgO, a finely ground dolomitic lime product specifically formulated to extend the life of refractories. Its high magnesium oxide content reduces slag aggressiveness.

Agricalce Quicklime

Available in various grain sizes and MgO contents, it is the ideal solution for soil liming in the agricultural sector. It neutralises acidity, improves soil structure, and increases crop productivity, significantly reducing the need for chemical fertilisers.

Calcitic Quicklime

Produced through an exclusive soft burning process using biomass fuel, this lime ensures maximum reactivity and low CO₂ content. The rigorous selection of limestone and ongoing quality controls guarantee high purity for consistent, reliable performance.

ELC
