Quicklime Line

Agricalce Quicklime

Available in various grain sizes and MgO contents, it is the ideal solution for soil liming in the agricultural sector. It neutralises acidity, improves soil structure, and increases crop productivity, significantly reducing the need for chemical fertilisers.

Calcitic Quicklime

Produced through an exclusive soft burning process using biomass fuel, this lime ensures maximum reactivity and low CO₂ content. The rigorous selection of limestone and ongoing quality controls guarantee high purity for consistent, reliable performance.

ELC

The ELC line combines a high CaO content with extremely low carbon and impurity levels. Its outstanding reactivity, thanks to the soft burning of limestone and the resulting high specific surface and porosity, makes it the perfect choice for the production of stainless steel and low-carbon steel.

Fassasoil

A specialised line for soil stabilisation. Thanks to its exceptional reactivity, it achieves the desired strength values using less material. The optimised particle size, developed from Fassa Bortolo’s extensive experience in this field, ensures maximum efficiency and ease of use on site.

Flow Lime

Finely ground products with excellent fluidity, enhanced by special fluidizing agents and optimized particle size distribution. Direct lime injection into slag and fast dissolution ensure maximum efficiency, while reduced dust production improves safety and environmental conditions.

Ossido HQ

A micronised quicklime of exceptional purity, obtained by grinding the highest-quality particles. Its extreme fineness and high reactivity make it the ideal product for the most demanding chemical industry applications.

Hydrated Lime Line

Hydrated Lime

A high-purity product resulting from the rapid and complete hydration of powdered quicklime. The hydration process yields a product with extremely fine grain size and high surface area, ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of uses, from flue gas and water treatment to construction.

Fassaroad

An innovative aqueous suspension based on stabilised milk of lime that ensures excellent adhesion between road layers. Its concentrated and stabilised formula offers multiple benefits: it reflects sunlight to lower surface temperature, prevents bitumen removal by construction vehicles, reduces dust formation, is rain-resistant, and is easy to apply for long-lasting road surfaces.

Fassasorb

A line of hydrated lime-based products specifically developed for the de-acidification of industrial combustion fumes. The soft burning of limestone and the hydration process result in high surface area and optimal porosity, ensuring maximum efficiency in neutralising acids and pollutants.

Dolomitic Lime Line

Agricalce Dolomitic Lime

Available in various grain sizes, this agriculture-focused product combines the benefits of soil calcification with an optimal supply of magnesium, essential for carbohydrate transport within the plant. It neutralises acidity, improves soil structure, enhances productivity, and reduces the need for chemical fertilizers.

Dolomitic Quicklime

With high MgO content and exceptional purity, Fassa’s Dolomitic Lime is the ideal solution for both the iron & steel industry, where it extends refractory brick life and reduces costs, and for the most demanding chemical sectors.

Flow Lime 40%

A highly fluidity micronized dolomitic lime optimised for direct injection into steel slag. Its excellent dispersibility, combined with high magnesium content, reduces slag aggressiveness towards refractory materials, significantly extending their operational lifespan and optimising maintenance costs.

Oximud F and G

The Oximud line, composed of finely ground dolomitic lime, is specifically developed for sludge treatment. Its special grain size distribution ensures optimal dispersion in the treated material, while the high magnesium oxide content provides long-lasting reactivity.

Dolomitic Mixtures

An exclusive product line combining Calcitic and Dolomitic Lime, manufactured at the Montichiari (BS) plant. These blends offer the advantages of both materials, optimising storage and logistics, with the possibility of customizing MgO content to meet specific client needs.
