Analysis of materials
At our Fassa I-Lab research centre, we have state-of-the-art technologies for in-depth material analysis. Thanks to sophisticated equipment and the expertise of our specialised technicians, we can offer you a complete overview of the characteristics and performance of our products.
Our laboratory is equipped with cutting-edge instruments that enable us to carry out comprehensive and detailed analyses. We use the XRD diffractometer for mineralogical and crystallographic analyses, while compositional analyses are performed using the XRF spectrophotometer and optical emission spectrometer. Surface characterisation is conducted with a scanning electron microscope (SEM), while porosity and surface area are measured with a precision gas porosimeter.
These are complemented by reactivity analyses performed in accordance with EN 459, and granulometric analyses carried out both by mechanical sieving and laser granulometry. This comprehensive analytical approach allows us to guarantee the highest product quality and to optimise solutions for your specific needs.
